WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days after they are placed. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA

Free Standard shipping on orders over $125 anywhere in the USA.

Any mix of SmartCaster models counts toward the $125.

Orders under $125, and orders to US territories, are charged Standard shipping based on where the order is going. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

FASTER SHIPPING

Need it sooner? Expedited Delivery is available at checkout for US addresses. Expedited orders ship within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Import duties, taxes and any brokerage fees are not included in the shipping price. They are set by your country and are paid by the recipient when the package is delivered.

RETURNS

Not completely satisfied? Return your casters within 30 days, used or unused, for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
