Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases made at retractablecaster.com, operated by Bennington Manufacturing Company LLC, 42 Station Street, Hermitage, PA 16148 ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Pricing

• SmartCaster products are sold in sets of 4. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

• We work to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate. If we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

• We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

2. Orders and Payment

• Payment is collected at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation.

• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping

• Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders ship within 1-2 business days.

• Free Standard shipping on U.S. orders over $125. Other orders are charged shipping at checkout.

• International orders: import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Return your casters within 30 days of delivery, used or unused, for a 100% refund of the purchase price.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping and freight charges are not refundable.

• To start a return, call 724-813-7812 or email Sales@retractablecaster.com and we will send return instructions.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return.

• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

5. Warranty

All SmartCaster models (T6, R7, T7, R8 and T8) are covered by our 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product or part, including parts and labor. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse or neglect; normal wear and tear, cosmetic or accidental damage; unauthorized modifications or repairs; or damage from fire, flood or other natural disasters.

To make a warranty claim, email Sales@retractablecaster.com within the warranty period with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will guide you through returning the product for inspection and repair or replacement. Full warranty details are available under Warranty Information on our Product Info page.

6. Use of Products

Install and use SmartCasters as described in our product information and within each model's rated load capacity, and make sure the casters you choose suit your equipment and floor. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product.

7. Website Content

Text, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Bennington Manufacturing Company LLC. SmartCaster products are patented. Please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
